Email and fax are highly recommended as the preferred delivery processes. We require a copy of the P.O. in-hands to process, we are unable to accept verbal P.O.S在电话里.
- 所有事件P.O.s must include a copy of the registration form with the P.O., please remit to the email address on the registration form.
- All 认证s/re认证s must include a copy of the 认证 form with the P.O.
- 加入P.O.s must include either a membership invoice (available to current members), or a completed new member application form.
- 电子下注软件s will be activated upon receipt of paid invoice. 电子下注软件s must be paid in full.
- Publication order P.O.s must include the billing and shipping addresses (if different). If the recipient wishes to utilize their own shipping account, please include the shipping account number and shipping speed desired on the P.O. We are unable to fulfill publication orders to P.O. boxes, please provide a street address.
所有P.O.s must include a valid billing address and email address to receive the invoice.
- P.O.s without the above accompanying documentation or information may result in a delay in processing the P.O.
- P的支付.O.s must be remitted in-full within 30-days of invoice. ACTFL reserves the right to cancel an order, 事件注册, 认证, or membership after the 30-days, and reserves the right to refuse acceptance of future P.O.s. ACTFL is unable to process new P.O.s until all outstanding balances have been paid in-full.
